In today’s world of endless debates and ever-shifting definitions, it seems we’ve lost sight of a simple, fundamental truth: a man is a man, and a woman is a woman. Period. Everything else is just plain silly.
This isn’t rocket science. For centuries, humanity has understood that biological sex is a basic reality, determined by our chromosomes. Men have XY chromosomes, and women have XX chromosomes. It’s a straightforward, undeniable fact grounded in biology.
Yet, in recent years, a vocal minority has pushed a radical agenda, insisting that gender is a fluid concept, disconnected from biological sex. They want us to believe that gender is a spectrum and that anyone can identify as anything, regardless of their anatomy. This narrative is not only confusing but also fundamentally flawed.
Let’s call this what it is: an attempt to undermine common sense. When did we decide that feelings trump facts? Of course, people should be free to express themselves however they wish, but that doesn’t change biological realities. A man can put on a dress and call himself a woman, but that doesn’t make him a woman any more than a cat can become a dog by wagging its tail.
The consequences of denying biological sex are far-reaching and damaging. Women’s sports, for instance, are being turned upside down. Allowing biological men to compete against women isn’t just unfair; it’s absurd. Women have fought long and hard for their rights and their place in society, and now they’re being told that their identity and accomplishments can be appropriated by anyone who claims to feel like a woman.
The push for gender-neutral bathrooms and locker rooms also raises serious safety concerns. When we blur the lines between men and women, we open the door to potential abuse and invasion of privacy. It’s not bigotry to want to protect the privacy and safety of our daughters and wives; it’s common sense.
Children are being swept up in this madness too. Kids who can’t even decide what they want for breakfast are being encouraged to question their gender. Instead of letting children be children, society is pushing them into irreversible decisions about their bodies and their futures. Hormone blockers and surgeries are being presented as solutions, but what about the long-term consequences? This is child abuse masquerading as progress.
It’s time to put an end to this nonsense. We need to return to a place where facts matter and where we can discuss issues openly without fear of being labeled intolerant or backward. Recognizing biological sex isn’t hateful; it’s reality.
A man is a man, and a woman is a woman. It’s as simple as that. Everything else? Well, that’s just plain silly.
