In a recent report from Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, he and his camera crew discovered that very few of the military-age illegal males they encountered at the southern border can be considered genuine “asylum seekers.” In fact, at least one individual actually thanked Joe Biden by name for inviting him to the United States. Melugin’s investigation revealed that the majority of immigrants who are crossing the border illegally are not escaping oppression, but rather they are motivated by the desire to find work and make money to send back to their home countries. They have no intention of seeking asylum or becoming Americans. Instead, they are merely taking advantage of any handouts or benefits that Biden and Democratic leaders are willing to give them.

One of the live shots from Lukeville, Arizona depicted masses of men crossing the border from various places around the globe. Melugin mentioned that there was trash everywhere and a horrific stench of human feces. Furthermore, none of the men he spoke with identified themselves as asylum seekers. They all expressed their desire for work and opportunity in the U.S. In another video, Melugin captured images of dozens of illegal immigrants pouring through a breach in the border barrier. Shockingly, a criminal human trafficker even saluted the cameras after the last person passed through. Meanwhile, the U.S. Border Patrol agents, who have been rendered ineffective by Biden, stood by and did nothing to intervene.
Melugin’s investigation also included footage of hundreds of well-dressed military-aged men, many of whom appeared to be Chinese, being detained by the U.S. Border Patrol. In a separate encounter, an illegal immigrant lavishly praised Joe Biden for enabling millions of people to cross the U.S. border without any consequences. The man even exclaimed, “I love you, Joe Biden, thank you for everything!” Melugin also spoke with two men from Africa who admitted that their only motivation for coming to America was to earn money, not to become Americans or seek asylum.
The situation at the border is not only a danger to every American citizen, but it is also a humanitarian crisis for these criminal illegal immigrants who are now stranded at the border without shelter, food, or support. Tens of thousands of people are overwhelming our border on a regular basis because they believe Biden has given them free access without having to go through the legal immigration process. While America has always been a country built on immigration, it is essential that immigrants come here with the intention of becoming naturalized Americans and respecting our laws. However, the individuals crossing the border illegally have no regard for American immigration law and are solely motivated by money and personal gain.
Thanks to Joe Biden, we are facing this dire situation on our border, where the rule of law is being mocked and disregarded. It is up to us to hold our elected officials accountable and demand a secure border and a fair immigration system that prioritizes the interests of American citizens and lawful immigrants.
