Gallup just released a new survey that has rocked the social and political spheres. The dramatic shift towards social conservatism, the largest one in a decade, shows that Americans are rejecting the radical and extreme ideas that are promoted by the left. According to the survey, 38% of Americans identify as either “very conservative” or “conservative” on social issues, while the percentage of those who identify as “very liberal” or “liberal” has decreased to 29% from 34% in the past two years. The shift has been seen mainly among middle-aged adults, while older Americans’ views have remained more or less unchanged.

The rise of social conservatism comes at a time when social issues such as transgender rights, abortion, and other controversial topics are being talked about on a national level. The trend is evident in almost all political and demographic subgroups, including Republicans, who have been among the biggest to embrace social conservatism. Alternative lifestyles such as gender fluidity are becoming increasingly prevalent, and Democrats’ persistence in enforcing their craziness only adds to the increasing number of non-leftist Americans, including independent and swing voters, who are moving back to the center on social issues.

On a brighter note, the survey does show that there has been a modest shift to conservative social ideology among young adults. The increase in conservative identification among younger voters is a good sign for the future, which reaffirms that right-wing ideology is slowly but steadily gaining popularity, while left-wing perspectives are fading.
Overall, the survey’s results indicate that conservatives are now outnumbering liberals 40% to 26%, and the momentum is moving so rapidly in favor of social conservatism that it is the greatest shift seen over the past ten years. A conservative victory in 2024 is now more likely than ever. It’s time for Americans to embrace traditional values and reject the left’s radical and dangerous ideas.
