Y’all ready to talk about everyone’s favorite Constitutional genius, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? Well, buckle up because she’s been on a roll lately, reminding us all just how clueless she is when it comes to the Constitution and how our government works. It’s like watching a train wreck in slow motion, but with less entertainment value.
Flashback: AOC's Constitutional Illiteracy As Explained By… AOC https://t.co/HJ1qaZImwk

Let’s start with her response to the Supreme Court ruling against race-based standards in college admissions. AOC had the audacity to claim that if the Court was serious about “colorblindness,” they would have also abolished legacy admissions, aka affirmative action for the privileged. Bless her heart, she just doesn’t seem to grasp that the case had absolutely nothing to do with legacy applicants. The Supreme Court can’t just rule on matters that aren’t even before them. It’s called the rule of law, AOC, look it up.
If SCOTUS was serious about their ludicrous “colorblindness” claims, they would have abolished legacy admissions, aka affirmative action for the privileged.
70% of Harvard’s legacy applicants are white. SCOTUS didn’t touch that – which would have impacted them and their patrons.

Rep. @AOC: “If Chief Justice Roberts will not come before Congress for an investigation voluntarily, I believe that we should be considering subpoenas, we should … pass much more binding & stringent ethics guidelines where we see members of the Supreme Court potentially breaking… pic.twitter.com/C5SqIk9u4L

Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: "If we work our butts off to make sure that we take back all three chambers of Congress — Uh, rather, all three chambers of government: the presidency, the Senate, and the House."

But she wasn’t done embarrassing herself yet. Oh no. During an interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, she suggested that Supreme Court Justices should be investigated and subpoenaed if they hand down rulings that trigger her delicate sensibilities. She conveniently ignored the whole “separation of powers” thing because, well, who needs checks and balances when AOC knows best? She even hinted at the possibility of impeaching them. I can’t even with this one, folks.
Now, let’s take a stroll down memory lane to the early days of AOC’s political career. Remember when she won her Congressional seat in 2018 and thought she was an expert on the three branches of government? Yeah, that was a fun time. She confidently informed us all that if they work their butts off, they can take back all three chambers of Congress in 2020 – the presidency, the Senate, and the House. Bless her heart, she couldn’t even remember that the branches of government are the executive, legislative, and judicial. She called them the “three chambers of government.” I mean, come on, AOC, it’s like you’re not even trying.
At this point, it almost feels like picking on the kid who always gets picked last in gym class. But let’s be real, folks, it’s important to document just how bad AOC is at her job. She’s like the gift that keeps on giving, except instead of giving something good, she gives us a neverending supply of facepalms and eye rolls. Bless her heart indeed.
In conclusion, it’s no secret that AOC has the thickest of dunce caps when it comes to the Constitution, the branches of government, and how the Supreme Court operates. But hey, if you’re looking for a good laugh and a reminder of just how grateful we should be for those who do understand these things, AOC is your girl. Just don’t expect any logical or coherent arguments from her. Bless her heart, she’s trying. Or at least, she thinks she is.
