It seems that the Biden family has a genetic disposition for skirting their tax responsibilities, as evidenced by the recent revelation about Ashley Biden. It appears that she owes $5,000 in state income taxes dating back to 2015, and this debt continued until her father assumed the presidency in 2021. Now, this may seem like a small sum compared to the millions that her brother Hunter failed to pay, but the irony here is hard to ignore.
One can’t help but find it hypocritical that the daughter of a man who incessantly lectures about the rich paying their fair share would neglect to do so herself. It’s rather disturbing to see that the Bidens, including Ashley and Hunter, believe that the law simply does not apply to them. Perhaps it’s not about the money for Ashley, considering her family’s vast wealth and power. She could easily pull that five grand out of what amounts to a petty cash drawer in the Biden Inc. empire.

No, for Ashley, it’s a clear message that laws are for us little people, not for her and her family. Just like her brother, who casually ignored a congressional subpoena and staged a self-pitying press conference worthy of a teenage drama, or when he recklessly drove at speeds exceeding 170 mph while possibly smoking crack. And let’s not forget about the “big guy” himself, who gladly participated in conference calls and fancy dinners in order to promote the Biden brand alongside Hunter.
Or how about the time he helped himself to classified documents and stored them in his unsecured personal garage, acting as if it was no big deal when he eventually got caught. The news about Ashley Biden only reinforces the notion that public service means nothing more than self-service and a disregard for the law within the Biden family. It’s clear that they believe they are above the rules that govern the rest of us.
