Baldwin’s Blame Game: Dodging Justice with Hollywood Hubris

The liberal elites in Hollywood are at it again, folks. Actor Alec Baldwin, best known for his left-wing politics and disdain for conservatives, is now trying to weasel his way out of facing justice for his reckless and deadly actions.

Baldwin was involved in the shooting of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. But instead of owning up to his mistakes, he’s filed to dismiss the charges against him, including two counts of manslaughter, negligent use of a firearm, and failure to exercise due caution.

Baldwin’s lawyers are claiming that prosecutors are hiding crucial evidence that could supposedly exonerate him. Give us a break! It’s obvious that they’re just grasping at straws to protect their celebrity client.

The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists is defending Baldwin, insinuating that it’s not his job to be an expert in firearms or safety protocols. It’s everyone’s responsibility to handle weapons with care and respect, especially on a movie set where real lives are at stake.

Meanwhile, the weapons supervisor on the Rust set, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, but she managed to get off the hook for tampering with evidence. And let’s not forget about assistant director David Halls, who struck a plea agreement after being charged with negligent use of a deadly weapon.

It’s time for Baldwin and his cohorts to stop trying to dodge the consequences of their actions and face the music. No amount of celebrity status should shield anyone from being held accountable for causing such a tragic and avoidable loss of life.
