In a shocking display of intolerance and liberal tyranny, Pennsylvania police arrested a man who dared to read a Bible verse at a public Pride event. Damon Atkins was merely trying to spread the word of God by reciting 1 Corinthians 14:33, a verse promoting peace and order. However, before he could finish, he was immediately descended upon by hostile officers, who later arrested him.
Despite the man’s respectful attitude towards the event, officers stood between Atkins and the crowd, refusing to allow him to express his constitutional right to free speech. When he continued to read the verse, an officer snapped and arrested him, claiming that Atkins was being “disorderly.” It is clear that this is just another case of liberal oppression, as the man was not arrested for reading the Bible verse, but rather for his “noise levels” while doing so.
This shameful crackdown on religious freedom is just another example of the liberal’s hypocritical behavior.
