Biden administration ignoring clear signs of Chinese espionage in Cuba, endangering America’s security and freedom!

The Biden Administration is being accused of overlooking overt signs of China’s espionage efforts against the United States. Although under the Trump administration’s radar, the current administration is apparently turning a blind eye to Chinese employees working for Huawei and ZTE making visits to suspected Chinese spy facilities in Cuba. Could this mean they’re either oblivious or turning a blind eye to the Chinese infiltrations to avoid the wrath of their left-wing allies?

Fortunately, the Wall Street Journal exposed the current administration’s lack of awareness. In a recent report, the publication revealed that the employees of the two tech giants were seen moving to-and-fro between selected facilities in Cuba, which intelligence officials believe are spy outposts for China. This led the United States to suspect Beijing of seeking to enhance its spying capabilities, with Huawei and ZTE being designated as national threats by the Trump administration. The US urged its allies to blacklist Huawei products.

Huawei and ZTE build commercial communication technologies such as data servers and network technology used by private companies and governments worldwide. These could be manipulated by Chinese espionage operatives to transmit data to Beijing, the WSJ report suggested. Washington officials had jurisdiction over and closely monitored the situation under the Trump administration. However, everything seems to have changed since the arrival of the current Democratic administration.

Unfortunately, the Biden administration denies the reports as “inaccurate”, claiming that China has no intention of establishing intelligence collection operations on the island in juxtaposition to newly declassified information that shows China’s establishment of intelligence collection operations for years. With this in mind, one can only hope that the current administration is not intentionally leading America down a path of destruction; the damage the Obama administration did to the country is still being repaired today.

Republican Congressman Mike Gallagher of Wisconsin has raised concerns about Huawei’s involvement in upgrading the Cuban government’s communication infrastructure. He claims in a letter to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines and Commerce Department Secretary Gina Raimondo that China’s ongoing plan to steal technology from foreign countries through business deals between seemingly private Chinese firms and U.S companies, known as the “military-civil fusion” policy, would require Chinese firms to participate in China’s efforts to improve intelligence collection facilities in Cuba. As the saying goes, “out of sight, out of mind.” For the current administration, this couldn’t be any truer.
