In a shocking twist that has the whole swamp buzzing, a longtime aide to Sleepy Joe Biden is packing up her bags and heading for the exit door just as old Joe’s political future hangs by a thread. Olivia Dalton, who has been cozying up to Biden since way back in 2006, is saying adios to the sinking ship and setting sail for the greener pastures of Apple Inc. Can you blame her? She’s probably tired of dodging tough questions about Joe’s latest gaffes and leaving the White House smelling like an old folks’ home.

Despite Dalton’s deep roots in liberal nonprofits and government gigs, it seems like even she has had enough of toeing the Democrat line. I mean, who wouldn’t want to escape a sinking ship? With the White House sending her off with flowery words, it’s clear they are scrambling to keep the ship afloat as Biden’s approval ratings plummet faster than a lead balloon.
Now, landing a gig at Apple might seem like a win for Dalton, but let’s not forget that Apple has its own laundry list of left-wing sins. From playing footsie with China to getting caught red-handed giving preferential treatment to foreign workers, Apple is basically the poster child for woke capitalism. But hey, who cares about morals when there’s a fat paycheck waiting, right?
As Joe Biden’s presidency careens toward disaster and Republican darling Donald Trump lurks on the horizon like a hungry alligator, it’s no wonder folks like Dalton are jumping ship faster than you can say “corruption.” With whispers about Biden’s mental acuity growing louder by the day and rumors swirling about a last-minute switch-up on the Democrat ticket, it’s no wonder Dalton is making a break for it. I mean, who wants to be caught on the Titanic when it finally goes down?
In the grand tradition of D.C. spin doctors, Joe Biden’s administration will no doubt continue peddling lies and half-truths as they desperately cling to power. With Dalton out of the picture, one can only imagine the level of lies they’ll have to conjure up to keep the sinking ship afloat. Kudos to Dalton for getting out while the getting’s good. Who knows what skeletons will come tumbling out of Biden’s closet next?
