The Biden administration’s latest plan is to provide free medical services, food, and housing to the 5.7 million migrants currently residing in the United States. This alarming news was hidden in a mountain of paperwork for ICE’s “Release and Reporting Management” program, which has seen a staggering increase of 2.4 million non-detained migrants since Biden took office.

Under this plan, private vendors would use ankle monitors, phone apps, and in-person check-ins to monitor migrants. It’s basically a high-tech babysitting service for millions of people who shouldn’t even be here in the first place. And guess who gets to foot the bill? That’s right, the hardworking taxpayers.
Former ICE director Tom Homan rightfully called out this program as nothing more than a “welfare” program for illegal immigrants. It’s a massive giveaway that will cost billions of dollars, all so these individuals can receive legal assistance and other expensive perks.
To make matters worse, the number of migrants under ICE monitoring has skyrocketed, reaching a staggering 4.7 million in fiscal year 2022. With numbers like these, it’s clear that our immigration system is completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the influx of illegal immigrants.
The Biden administration is in the early planning stages for this program, but it’s clear that they are determined to push it forward. They have even sent out a “Request for Proposal” to vendors, indicating their intention to move forward with this outrageous plan.
It’s high time we put a stop to this madness and demand that our government focuses on securing our borders and protecting the American people. We cannot continue to be the world’s social welfare provider while neglecting the needs of our own citizens. It’s time for true conservative leadership to put an end to these reckless and costly policies.
