Biden Blunders: Iran’s Perps Walk as U.S. Heroes Fall

After the heinous Iranian-backed attack on American soldiers in Jordan, President Biden and his supporters at the Pentagon pledged a "multi-tier" response to the audacious strike that claimed the lives of three U.S. service members. But did they deliver? Let's become theatrical now.

At least one notable member of Kata'ib Hezbollah, an Iranian-backed group of dissidents who have targeted American forces around the Middle East, was destroyed in the retaliatory strikes. But wait a second—it seemed that the regime in Tehran, who was actually stirring up unrest, got away with it. Biden seems to have deliberately absolved them.

Instead of acting swiftly and firmly, the Biden group wavered, revealing their plans over a few days. They didn't start attacking until the fallen soldiers had made their way back to Dover, Delaware, for a respectful farewell. The author feels that there is a lack of persuasive leadership.

"Iran yanked out top commanders of its Revolutionary Guard from Syria just before the US landed strikes against Iranian-linked targets in the Arab state to avoid more casualties," according to reporting in the Financial Times. How lucky we are! The chiefs of the IRGC had already left Syria when the United States threatened to conduct airstrikes five days later in retaliation for the attack on American troops.

The worst aspect is that despite the Biden team's claims to have "directly targeted Revolutionary Guard facilities in Syria," Biden's repeated warnings and tardiness allowed the Iranian agents running the terror proxies to escape.

What's even worse is that it doesn't seem like Biden's measures to exact revenge for the needless deaths of U.S. Army Sgts. Kennedy Sanders, William Rivers, and Breonna Moffett will stop future attacks on American personnel. The Financial Times writes that Iranian authorities interpreted the withdrawal of the IRGC officers as merely a "change in tactics" and that they discovered the US "did not seek a conflict with Iran through indirect channels."

As a result, after miscreants supported by Iran carried out over 170 strikes against American soldiers, killing three American heroes, the United States conveyed a message to Tehran that it did not want any conflict. It is truly mind-boggling, in the writer's opinion.

Finally, a "Iranian analyst affiliated with the Islamic regime" told the Financial Times that "these forces will return to Syria once there is relative calm." That suggests that Tehran would once more provide unwavering backing to terrorists who instigate unrest in the region. Hurt!
