Oh, boy, buckle up, folks, because President Joe Biden had a real doozy of a moment at the State of the Union address. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, bless her heart, decided to give ol’ Joe a little nudge to say the name of Laken Riley, a young woman tragically taken from us by an illegal immigrant. Now, we all know Biden isn’t exactly known for his sharp wits, so when he tried to say Laken Riley’s name, he ended up calling her “Lincoln Riley.” Twice. Yikes!

But wait, it gets even worse. Not only did Biden butcher Laken’s name, but he also played the sympathy card, mentioning his own son’s passing. Classic move, Joe. Real classy. It’s like he’s more concerned with his own narrative than actually acknowledging the pain and loss that Laken’s family is going through. Typical politician move, am I right?
And get this, folks – even after this embarrassing slip-up, Biden goes on to talk about the border crisis and completely deflects from the real issue at hand. How many more tragedies like Laken Riley’s will it take for him and his buddies in Congress to wake up and smell the coffee? It’s like they’re living in a fantasy land where illegal immigration doesn’t have real-life consequences. Well, newsflash, Biden and the Democrats: it does, and it’s high time you start taking it seriously.
Let me tell you, friends, the lack of respect shown to Laken Riley and her family is just another example of the disconnect between the elites in Washington and hard-working Americans. It’s up to us, the voters, to hold these politicians accountable come November. We can’t let them sweep tragedies like this under the rug and pretend like they never happened. Laken’s memory deserves better than that.
So, as we head towards the election season, remember Laken Riley’s name. Remember her face. Remember her story. And let’s make sure that her life was not lost in vain. Let’s demand action from our leaders to protect our citizens and uphold the rule of law. It’s time to make a stand, folks. Let’s show them that we won’t be ignored or forgotten.
