Watching an octogenarian holding the hands of aides as he meandered through crucial diplomatic discussions is no way to inspire confidence in America’s leadership. It is akin to sending in the class clown when it’s time for a serious test, and this was one test that America desperately needed to pass.
The Democratic elites who rallied behind Biden and his equally unqualified counterpart, Kamala Harris, need a reality check. It has never been clearer that neither is fit to manage anything beyond a folding table at a neighborhood BBQ. The world is on edge, America is in disarray, and the leader of the free world can’t even stay awake for a summit. It’s a farcical tragedy that leaves the rest of America shaking its head in disbelief.
