Joe Biden is reportedly planning to ask Congress for a massive $10 billion aid package for Ukraine. The Department of Defense is currently working on creating this funding package, which will be used to replenish American weapon supplies. The US has already provided over $110 billion in aid to Ukraine, despite voters expressing their discomfort with sending more taxpayer dollars to the country. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy believes that future Ukraine funding should go through the normal appropriations process instead of being included in a supplemental package.
