It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for, folks — President Biden’s approval ratings are in, and let’s just say it’s not exactly a party in the White House. In a recent round of polls, Biden is taking quite the beating, and not the kind he was hoping for in his re-election year. According to the latest CNN numbers, Biden is not just trailing behind Trump, but getting completely trounced in a hypothetical face-off with Nikki Haley. I mean, come on, we’re talking double-digit leads here, people! As if that’s not bad enough, Biden’s personal favorability rating is even worse than Trump’s, with a whopping 64 percent of folks saying he doesn’t deserve to be re-elected. Ouch.
And it doesn’t stop there, folks. Biden’s job approval rating is a measly 38 percent in the CNN poll, and it doesn’t look much better in the Reuters and Associated Press surveys either. I mean, we’re talking a trio of polls all showing Biden’s job approval at a dismal 38 percent. It’s like a broken record, and not the good kind you want to listen to. Even on the economy front, things are looking grim, with a net of 65 percent of people saying it’s bad. Yikes. The only glimmer of hope for Biden is a slight nine-point swing toward the economy being “net good”, but let’s be real, the national mood is still pretty sour.

But wait, there’s more. Fox News has jumped in with their swing state polls, and surprise, surprise, Trump is comfortably ahead in Georgia and tied in Wisconsin. When third party candidates are thrown into the mix, Trump’s lead remains unchanged in Georgia, and in Wisconsin, the tie turns into a three-point lead for Trump. The best news for Biden? A Pennsylvania survey giving him a lead of…one whole point. Dance party at the White House, anyone?
And if all of that wasn’t enough, let’s not forget about Biden’s little lie problem. In a bizarrely memorable moment, Biden told the parents of a fallen soldier that he lost his own son in Iraq, despite the fact that his son actually passed away from brain cancer years after returning from Iraq. Talk about a major blunder. It’s just one more addition to the long list of disturbing lies Biden has been caught telling about the tragic deaths of his immediate family members. And the cherry on top? He’s been doing this for a hot minute, long before people even started questioning his mental acuity. Yikes, Biden. Just yikes.
