President Joe Biden, who seems to be constantly on the verge of falling asleep, ended his press conference in Vietnam with a stunning announcement: it was bedtime for him. That’s right, folks, your President of the United States is so exhausted from his long day of empty words and photo ops that he actually had the audacity to tell reporters he needed some shut-eye. I guess someone forgot to tell Biden that being the leader of the free world comes with the expectation of working more than a few hours a day.

But before he tucked himself in, Biden treated the press to yet another display of his incoherence. In a response about China, Biden rambled on about “stability” and “access to change” in a way that made absolutely no sense. Maybe it’s just too much for his old, tired brain to handle. And speaking of age, let’s not forget that Biden is 80 years old. That’s right, folks, this guy is older than most people’s grandfathers, yet he thinks he can handle the stress and demands of the presidency for four more years. It’s laughable, really.

And if his baffling comments weren’t enough to make you cringe, Biden’s microphone was actually cut off during his press conference. It’s almost as if even the tech people couldn’t bear to listen to his nonsensical ramblings any longer. Can you blame them? I mean, come on, he even trotted out his tired “dog-faced pony soldier” routine again. It’s like he’s stuck in a time warp where no one ever calls him out on his bizarre and irrelevant references. Well, newsflash, Mr. President, the American people are paying attention, and they’re not buying your act.
To top it all off, the press conference started over an hour late, as if Biden’s bedtime couldn’t wait a little longer. And when it finally did begin, he admitted that his staff had to tell him which reporters to call on. Seriously? Is this man capable of making any decisions on his own? It’s clear that Biden is being propped up by handlers and scriptwriters who are desperately trying to keep him from completely embarrassing himself in front of the world. But let’s face it, folks, the truth is out there for everyone to see: Joe Biden is simply not up to the task of being president.
So, as Biden stumbles through his press conferences, struggling to string together coherent thoughts and stay awake past his bedtime, Americans are left wondering how we ended up with such an incompetent leader. It’s a sad state of affairs when the supposed leader of the free world can’t even handle basic questions from reporters without sounding like a befuddled grandparent. We deserve better, America. We deserve a president who is awake, coherent, and capable of leading our great nation. Let’s hope we find that leader sooner rather than later.
