President Biden and his administration have been spending your hard-earned money on LGBTQ initiatives in other countries to the tune of $4.1 billion. That’s right, your tax dollars are being used to fund projects in Serbia, Armenia, and various other nations. The federal government has issued over 1,100 grants in the past three years to support these initiatives, according to a report by the Epoch Times.
The range of projects is quite diverse. For example, the LGBT Life Center in Norfolk, Virginia received a grant of $1.8 million to create a safe space for LGBTQ youth and adults. Meanwhile, a Serbian activist group called Grupa Izadji was awarded $500,000 to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in Serbian workplaces and business communities. And in Armenia, the Pink Human Rights Defender received a whopping $1 million to empower the LGBTI community.

But why should American taxpayers foot the bill for LGBTQ issues in other countries? It’s a valid question that the Biden administration doesn’t seem to want to answer. It’s one thing to support causes at home, but why are we using taxpayer money to push progressive agendas abroad? The American people deserve to know how their money is being spent and whether there is any accountability in the allocation of these funds.
It’s clear that the Biden administration is more interested in promoting its own political affiliations than in protecting the interests of hardworking Americans. Instead of focusing on issues that directly benefit everyday Americans, such as the economy and national security, the White House is using taxpayer money to advance its own progressive causes. It’s a slap in the face to the American people and a waste of their hard-earned money.
In the end, it’s clear that President Biden and his administration are more concerned with pandering to the LGBTQ community than with serving the needs of the American people. It’s time for them to be held accountable and for American taxpayers to demand answers. Our tax dollars should be used to support American interests, not to fund progressive causes in other countries.
