The Biden administration is fumbling and bumbling in response to a brazen drone attack carried out by Iran-backed militias in Jordan. Three American heroes lost their lives in this cowardly act, and 25 more were wounded. It’s a disgrace that President Biden took so long to even reach out to the families of the fallen soldiers. Fox News host Harris Faulkner expressed shock and dismay at the lack of action from the White House, and honestly, who can blame her?
It took President Biden days to even make contact with the grieving families. And when he finally spoke with them, it was only after facing intense scrutiny and criticism. The lackadaisical response from this administration is a slap in the face to the brave men and women who risk their lives to protect our freedoms. These fallen soldiers deserve better, and so do their families.
I know how hard it is some days to sweep the clouds away and get to sunnier days.
Our friend Elmo is right: We have to be there for each other, offer our help to a neighbor in need, and above all else, ask for help when we need it.

And let’s talk about the mixed messages coming from the Biden camp. On one hand, they’re taking their sweet time to respond to a deadly attack on American forces, and on the other hand, they’re waffling on how to handle the situation. This dilly-dallying and indecisiveness is not leadership—it’s weakness. President Biden needs to step up and show some backbone in the face of these threats to our nation’s security.
And speaking of leadership, President Biden’s tweet about “sweeping the clouds away” and “being there for each other” is just a smokescreen. This administration is unserious and incapable of handling the challenges facing our country. With a president who seems to be losing his marbles and a cabinet full of incompetence, it’s no wonder that we’re facing crisis after crisis both at home and abroad.
In the end, this is a clear example of the failures of the Biden administration. We can’t afford to have a leader who’s adrift and incapable of making tough decisions in the face of danger. It’s time to demand better for our country and for the brave men and women who sacrifice everything to protect it.
