The Biden administration’s reckless open-door policy on immigration continues to unravel, and now, mercifully, the Trump administration’s long-overdue reversal is putting America first again. Biden’s so-called “protections” for Haitian migrants were nothing more than a disgraceful reward for lawbreaking that threatened to overwhelm our borders and communities. It’s a breath of fresh air to see this nonsense finally undone, despite the desperate whining of left-wing media and political hacks who think America belongs to the globalist cabal, not the American people.
For years, Biden flaunted his contempt for border security, welcoming millions of migrants under the guise of “humanitarian protection,” while turning a blind eye to the chaos left in his wake. The Haitian “protections” were classic: a politically motivated stunt to appease radical activists and international pressure, all while ignoring the rule of law and common sense. This wasn’t compassion—it was pandering. And the consequences were brutal. Americans living near the border saw crime spikes, overwhelmed social services, and cities crippled by unchecked migration.
Now, thankfully, the Trump administration has stepped in to kill these deportation protections. They’re blowing up the weak-kneed Biden-era policies that handed out special privileges to one group after another. Enough is enough. America is not a charity case for the world’s failed states, and it should have never been dragged into Biden’s globalist social experiment in the first place.
