Alright ladies and gents, gather round and let’s take a gander at this recent piece about ol’ Joe Biden and his so-called economic triumphs. The Washington Examiner is yammering on about how President Biden is tooting his own horn over the Bureau of Economic Analysis’s report, blabbering about how his plan is magically making the economy grow from the “middle out” and the “bottom up.” Yeah right, Joe.

According to this report, the economy supposedly grew by 3.3% in the fourth quarter of 2023, beating expectations and hushing up any talk of a recession. And on average, the GDP grew by 2.5% for the entire year, with a 3.1% relative change compared to the year prior. But the real question is, are American families feeling this growth in their wallets? Or is it all just smoke and mirrors from ol’ Sleepy Joe?
Biden seems to think he’s the bee’s knees, spouting off about how jobs are on the up and up and how things are peachy keen in terms of wages and wealth. He’s yammering so much, you’d think he’s a walking advertisement for his own economic agenda. But what about the elephant in the room, Joe? Inflation is running wild, making grocery bills skyrocket and leaving folks feeling pinched. And yet, here he is gallivanting across the country hyping up “Bidenomics” and warning that if the big, bad Republicans win the next election, they’ll bring financial ruin to every hardworking American.
But let’s not get too ahead of ourselves, folks. It’s important to take everything ol’ Joe says with a grain of salt. After all, we’ve got the Federal Reserve squawking about potential rate hikes and a possible recession on the horizon in 2024. Looks like Biden’s economic fairy tale might be on shakier ground than he’d like us to believe. But I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see how this nonsense pans out. After all, it’s not like the politicians have ever steered us wrong before, right?
