Get ready for another round of media hypocrisy and double standards, because the Republicans are facing an annoying question: how can they attack Joe Biden’s health when their own leader, Mitch McConnell, has been freezing up at press conferences? Now, is this a fair question? Well, let’s dive into it.
First off, let’s make one thing clear: being the Senate leader and being the President are two completely different things. It’s like comparing apples and oranges, or in this case, comparing old Mitch to Biden. Sure, Mitch might have had a few mental freezes and even taken a tumble or two, but that doesn’t mean he’s unfit for his position. Age may have made him lose a step, but he’s not suffering from any degenerative diseases, thank goodness.
But here’s the real kicker. If you’re going to question Biden’s health, then you have to take a look at the Democrats on your own side of the aisle. Let’s talk about Senator Dianne Feinstein, whose health has been in decline. Or what about Senator John Fetterman, who had a severe stroke that almost killed him in 2022 and is still dealing with mental health issues? Democrats don’t seem to have any problem with them staying in office, do they?
It’s clear that when it comes to Biden and Trump, hypocrisy goes out the window. Democrats will circle the wagons around Biden, while actively trying to push their own members off a cliff. But hey, who cares about consistency and fairness when it’s all about who can suplex the other first, right?

Now, looking ahead to 2024, if we’re in for a rematch between Biden and Trump, I can guarantee you it’s going to be exceptionally brutal. The media will pull out all the stops to paint Trump as the villain and Biden as the savior, conveniently forgetting about any shortcomings or health issues. Brace yourselves, folks, because the biased coverage is coming.
So, to answer that annoying question from the media, attacking Biden’s health while Mitch McConnell has had a few slips is absolutely fair game. After all, we’re not talking about oranges here, we’re talking about the future of our country. And if we’re being honest, a few mental freezes pale in comparison to the disastrous policies and radical agenda Biden is pushing. It’s time to focus on the real issues, not just who can stand upright at a press conference.
