Biden’s latest NATO performance was a hoot, and not in a good way. It was like watching a comedian bomb, except there were no laughs to soften the blow. The President stumbled, mumbled, and fumbled through an event hilariously dubbed the “big boy” press conference, arriving a full two hours past fashionably late. Might as well have been waiting for Halley’s Comet.
When Joe finally took the stage, the chaos continued. His speech was a garbled mess, more incoherent than a drunk uncle at Thanksgiving. Yet, shockingly, some Democrats still swing in with bizarre defenses. One New Hampshire legislator, Wendy Thomas, took the cake by suggesting Biden’s deteriorating cognitive state could be due to ‘long COVID.’ She recalled how she struggled to read and remember things after her own bout, implying the same could be true for Biden. From notebooks to memory aids, her tweetstorm tried desperately to paint Joe’s missteps as a side effect of this mysterious syndrome.

While some might give the argument a nod, let’s not forget that Australia of all places threw some cold shrimp on the barbie regarding ‘long COVID.’ A study down under advised ditching the term altogether, citing zero evidence that it was ever a thing. Even if the term sticks around, it seems more like a convenient excuse than a valid diagnosis.
Biden’s delusions aren’t just limited to his health. The man has publicly claimed to chat with deceased European leaders and repeatedly boasted about an untrue political track record. It’s not COVID—long or short—that’s to blame. The issue here is a man disastrously past his prime, propped up by a party too afraid to admit they backed a lemon.
As if ignoring a train wreck in East Palestine wasn’t bad enough, Biden’s cognitive derailment is another train the Democrats want to keep out of the spotlight. America deserves better than a commander-in-chief who struggles to command a coherent thought, let alone the free world.
