MSNBC analyst Donny Deutsch is at it again, folks! This time he’s peddling the idea that President Joe Biden should aim to terrify the living daylights out of the American people if he wants any shot at defeating the great Donald J. Trump in the 2024 election.

According to Deutsch, Biden’s best bet is to get some retired generals like John Kelly, James Mattis, H.R. McMaster, and Mark Milley to jump on the fear-mongering bandwagon. Because nothing says “unity” quite like having a bunch of ex-military guys telling us we’re on the brink of total annihilation if we don’t vote a certain way, right?
With Trump currently leading Biden in the polls, it looks like the left is starting to panic. And what’s their brilliant solution? Oh, just a little sprinkle of fear-mongering here, a dash of doomsday predictions there… Voilà! They’re hoping to whip Americans into a frenzy over the mere thought of Trump returning to the White House. Because apparently, the only way to win an election is to make people soil their pants in fear.
Biden’s approval ratings are already in the dumps, with less than half the country giving him a thumbs up. And let’s not even get started on the whole “right track/wrong track” dilemma. But instead of focusing on improving his own performance or offering a positive vision for the future, it looks like the Biden camp is ready to resort to good ol’ fear tactics straight out of the 2016 playbook.
