The real irony is that Democrats spent four years weaponizing the Justice Department against Trump himself. They used federal agencies to spy on his campaign and prosecute him with bogus charges. But somehow Maher thinks Trump fighting crime is the real threat to democracy.
These liberal media elites live in their safe bubbles while regular Americans deal with rising crime every day. They attack Trump for trying to restore law and order in our cities. Meanwhile they ignore how Democrats have turned major cities into dangerous war zones with their soft-on-crime policies.
