The Justice Department has taken a mugshot of Hunter Biden, but for some reason, they don’t want to show it to the public. This little tidbit was buried in the depths of a CNN report about Hunter’s upcoming arraignment on gun charges. Now, why would they want to hide his mugshot? Well, if you ask President Trump, it’s because the Department of Justice is trying to protect their favorite guy, Joe Biden. Trump has been saying for a long time that the DOJ is corrupt and biased, and this seems to be another piece of evidence to support his claims.
What’s interesting is that when Trump was indicted in Georgia last month, his mugshot was immediately released for everyone to see. No hiding there. But when Hunter Biden, the son of the current president, gets his mugshot taken, they suddenly don’t want to share it with the public. Talk about a double standard! It’s almost like they’re playing favorites.

Hunter’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, revealed this information in a letter requesting that Hunter be allowed to appear at his arraignment over video. But the request was denied. The U.S. Marshals Service and Probation even processed Hunter at the courthouse, taking his fingerprints, photograph, and filling out the necessary forms for release. So, where’s the mugshot? According to a spokesperson for the Department of Justice, they are following federal policy that prohibits them from providing photographs of defendants prosecuted in federal court. How convenient.
It’s clear that there is a coordinated effort to protect Hunter Biden and shield him from the consequences of his actions. Meanwhile, Trump has been indicted multiple times by prosecutors aligned with Biden’s party. It’s a clear double standard. The charges against Hunter may seem minor, but they are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Biden family’s shady business deals. Trump and other Republicans have dismissed these charges as a distraction, and it’s hard not to agree with them. The American people deserve transparency and equal treatment under the law. If Hunter’s mugshot isn’t released, it will only fuel suspicions that the system is rigged in favor of the powerful.
