Brave Widow Honors 9/11 Victims with Powerful Memorial Action

Every American should remember Kai Hernandez and her husband Glenn Thompson. Their story shows us why we must never forget September 11, 2001. Glenn was just a hardworking American going to his job when evil terrorists took his life.

Glenn Thompson was working on the 104th floor of the North Tower that terrible morning. He called his wife to tell her the building was being evacuated. Those were the last words she ever heard from her husband of just a few months.

Twenty-four years later, Glenn’s body has still never been found. Kai has lived with this pain every single day since that horrible attack on our nation. She represents thousands of American families who lost everything to radical Islamic terrorism.

But Kai Hernandez shows us what real American strength looks like. Every year she lights a candle and listens as the names of the victims are read. She goes to Glenn’s favorite beach and drinks his favorite beer to honor his memory.

This brave widow has turned her grief into action that helps America. She created the Glenn Thompson Memorial Sponsorship to support search and rescue dogs. These are the same type of heroes who searched through the rubble at Ground Zero.

Kai was so moved by the first responders and search dogs after 9/11 that she wanted to give back. Her sponsorship helps train new search teams that keep Americans safe today. This is what patriots do when evil strikes our homeland.

The terrorists wanted to break America’s spirit on September 11th. Instead, they created heroes like Kai Hernandez who refuse to let us forget. She shows us that American families are stronger than any terrorist attack.

We owe it to Glenn Thompson and all 9/11 victims to remember their sacrifice. Stories like Kai’s remind us why we must stay strong against terrorism. America will never bow to evil as long as we have patriots like her keeping their memory alive.
