The House Oversight Committee is holding its first hearing on the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. The hearing is titled “The Basis for an Impeachment Inquiry of President Joseph R. Biden Jr.” and will focus on “constitutional and legal questions” regarding allegations that Biden was involved in Hunter Biden’s business dealings. This is some serious stuff, folks.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) announced the impeachment inquiry after months of pressure from conservative members of Congress. It’s about time someone started holding Biden accountable for his actions. Republicans in swing states are divided on the issue, with some advising against impeachment out of fear it may hurt their chances of getting reelected. But true conservatives know the importance of upholding the rule of law, no matter the consequences.
If impeachment were to happen, Biden would join the elite club of presidents who have been impeached. It’s a shame that corruption has become so rampant in our government, but thankfully there are still politicians out there willing to fight for justice. Let’s hope this hearing sheds light on the truth and brings us one step closer to restoring America to its former glory.
