Well, well, well, here we go again with another outrageous proposal from the left, this time in sunny California. It seems Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula from Fresno has cooked up a real doozy with his Assembly Bill 1840. This bill would offer interest-free, payment-free mortgages to illegal aliens. Can you believe it? It’s like a never-ending buffet of freebies for those who break the law, while hard-working Americans foot the bill.

Now, I don’t know about you, but last time I checked, breaking the law wasn’t a qualification for getting a sweet deal on a mortgage. But hey, who cares about following the rules when you can just give away free homes, right? It’s like California politicians have lost all touch with reality and common sense. Where’s the accountability for those who play by the rules and pay their taxes?
And let’s not forget about the California Dream for All Shared Appreciation Loans program that Arambula’s bill would expand. This program already offers loans with no interest or monthly payments to first-time home buyers. Now they want to make sure undocumented immigrants are included in the party. It’s like they’re rolling out the red carpet for lawbreakers while honest, hard-working citizens get left in the dust.
But hey, why stop at mortgages for illegal aliens? Why not just start handing out free Teslas and prepaid debit cards while we’re at it? Oh wait, New York City already did that. It’s like a competition to see who can give away the most taxpayer-funded goodies to those who shouldn’t even be here in the first place.
It’s time for California to wake up and start prioritizing the needs of its taxpaying citizens. We can’t keep rewarding illegal behavior and expecting everything to turn out just fine.
