For years, our northern neighbors have relied on American military might without batting an eyelid, all while fueling their liberal agendas. Trump exposed this freeloading with his audacious proposal. America is not a charity, and Trump’s offer is a reminder that protection comes with a price tag—or, quite hilariously, a star on the flag.

Canadian officials are reportedly considering the offer. Meanwhile, their prime minister, another globalist puppet, is desperate for a new trade deal with the U.S. This only confirms Trump’s point: Canada can’t continue to enjoy American benefits for free. Our protective umbrella doesn’t come cheap, and it’s about time we get something substantial in return—or Canadians can write us a check.
Imagine the horror of Canadian politicians realizing that their virtue-signaling won’t keep them safe. It’s time to face reality. America’s generosity has limits. While Trudeau fans may dream of a utopian relationship where they take and never give, Trump is here to collect what’s due.
