According to CNN, the FBI is currently investigating more than a dozen Uzbek nationals who were allowed into the US after seeking asylum at the southern border with Mexico. It was discovered that these migrants had received assistance from a smuggler who has ties to ISIS. While there is no specific ISIS plot identified by the FBI, they are actively working to identify and assess all individuals who gained entry into the United States. Additionally, they are closely monitoring a number of migrants as potential criminal threats.
