The CNN network, once a prominent news outlet, has been struggling due to a series of controversies and ratings drops. The most recent blow to the network came when CEO Chris Licht, who was brought in to improve the coverage, suddenly resigned. Licht had hoped to change the channel's political outlook and return it to a more balanced and unbiased news coverage, but he was eventually removed following a toxic work environment report in The Atlantic.
On Wednesday, David Zaslav, the CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, announced the changes in CNN's management. He named Licht as the new CEO of the network, which had recently suffered from falling ratings. During the town hall that Trump held in May, CNN was able to attract a huge crowd, but its regular coverage had also been declining.
In response to the sudden departure of CNN's CEO, Zaslav has named four executives to lead the network while it conducts a search for a replacement. These individuals are Eric Sherling, Amy Entelis, David Leavy, and Virginia Mosley. Despite the setback, CNN is still in good hands and can take the time to find a new leader.

It is clear that CNN has lost its way as a source of unbiased news coverage. Due to the changes in management, the network is now in a better position to regain its credibility with its viewers.
The increasing number of conservative viewers who are not satisfied with the mainstream media's lack of objectivity has led to a decline in CNN's ratings. The network needs to do more to regain its credibility by providing a more balanced and accurate news coverage.
