The Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to bar former President Donald Trump from the state’s primary ballot is just another desperate move by liberal judges to stop Trump at all costs, according to Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba. Habba insists that the decision, which she considers a clear violation of due process and the Constitution, will undoubtedly be overturned by the Supreme Court.

In an impassioned interview with Breitbart News, Habba expressed her frustration with the court’s ruling, calling it “ironic” that there’s a pending January 6 charge against Trump while due process is seemingly disregarded by Colorado’s liberal judges. She sees the decision as a blatant attempt to prevent Trump from competing against Biden in the ballots and views it as an affront to America’s democratic values.
Habba believes that the Colorado judges are striving to make a name for themselves as pioneers for the liberal radical left, declaring that their actions will ultimately make them look ridiculous when the Supreme Court overturns their decision. She adamantly asserts that due process exists for a reason and condemns the court’s ruling as “ridiculous” and “desperate.”
According to Habba, the relentless efforts to hinder Trump’s political influence only serve to rally his base and sway independent voters in his favor. She laments the notion that Coloradans are deprived of the opportunity to vote for their preferred candidate due to the fear and self-interest of those in power.
Habba argues that the Democrats’ claim of protecting election integrity is a smokescreen for their true motives, which she asserts is to steal the 2024 election because they cannot win on fair terms. She attributes the court’s decision to a year-long legal battle orchestrated by the radical left, whom she describes as desperate and pathetic.
Despite the hurdles and opposition, Habba remains confident that the Supreme Court will rectify the injustice and restore the American people’s right to choose their preferred candidate. She warns that the left’s blatant attempts to sabotage Trump’s political future will not go unnoticed and will only embolden his supporters in the face of adversity.
