In a bold and courageous move, Congressman Scott Perry of Pennsylvania spoke out about what many of us have been thinking: Joe Biden is simply not mentally competent to be the President or the Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces. It’s about time someone said it!
Perry, who is not only a Congressman but also a U.S. Army veteran, knows a thing or two about leadership and the military. He called out the abuse that is being done by using Biden as a puppet president, with others making the decisions behind the scenes. It’s a sad state of affairs when the leader of our nation is nothing more than a sympathetic elderly man with a poor memory. This is a disgrace.

And let’s not forget the Hur report, which described Biden as someone who is well-meaning but lacks the mental capacities to lead effectively. It’s clear that the President’s defenders are in denial, desperately clinging to the hope that he is fit for office. But the evidence speaks for itself. Biden’s own gaffes and confusion only support the argument that he is not mentally competent.
Now, I know some may argue that invoking the 25th Amendment would be the right course of action. After all, if a President is unable to fulfill their duties, it’s only logical to remove them from office. But let’s be honest here, folks. The Democrats are far too invested in maintaining the illusion of Biden’s competency to suddenly change course. And do we really want Kamala Harris as President? I think not.
The Democratic Party has painted themselves into a corner with this one. They can either stick with Biden and try to hide his mental decline with yet another basement campaign, or they can risk fracturing the party by pulling some kind of coup at the Democratic National Convention. Either way, it’s clear that they are running out of options.
It’s refreshing to see a Congressman like Scott Perry speak his mind and call out the obvious. We need more leaders who are unafraid to challenge the status quo and fight for what’s right. Joe Biden may hold the title of President, but he certainly doesn’t possess the mental competence to back it up. It’s time for the American people to face the truth and demand better from our leaders.
