Cori Bush’s $30K Hypocrisy: “Defund the Police”, Then Cashes In!

In a move that is both hypocritical and offensive, Cori Bush, a Democrat, was caught paying her husband, Cortney, over $30,000 for private security work. According to her campaign report, she paid him around $17,500 from April to June of this year. This comes after he received additional payments of around $12,000 during the first quarter of 2023.

In addition, since January 2022, Bush has been relying on the services of her husband, who has also been providing security. She has also hired two sheriff's deputies to protect her. This contradicts her call to defund the cops.

It is clear that Bush's statements do not reflect her actions. Since 2019, she has spent half a million dollars of her own money on private security, despite calling for the defunding of law enforcement. It's also convenient for her to demand that others "suck it up" and live with inadequate police protection while she benefits from her own security detail, which is quite expensive.

Bush's hypocrisy continues. She has also been using the services of Peace Security, which is a company that employs former law enforcers and military personnel. It's clear that she enjoys using the training and expertise these individuals provide, while at the same time demonizing the organizations that employ them.

Another hypocritical act is Bush's decision to pay over $27,500 to Nathaniel Davis, a psychic who specializes in providing security services. It's unbelievable that she would spend such a huge amount of money on a psychic when the people who need protection are left without adequate law enforcement.

This new revelation comes just a few months after Black Lives Matter revealed that it was struggling financially due to the donations it received from its board members and their relatives. It shows that the far-left movement still has a long way to go in addressing its financial issues.

The calls to defund the police are nothing but empty rhetoric, as Cori Bush is used to the security provided by private armed guards and psychics. She also expects the people to pay for their own protection. It's time for politicians such as Bush to stop being hypocrites.
