The liberal left is always quick to criticize conservatives for speaking their minds, but when Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas made a lighthearted joke about President Joe Biden, the left went into a tailspin. On the fourth day of Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest event, Sen. Cruz jokingly mentioned that Biden’s team carries extra pairs of pants with him when he travels in case he has an accident.

But, of course, the clip conveniently leaves out the second part of Cruz’s quip, where he made a harmless pun about Biden’s supposed bowel issues. With Biden’s mental and physical decline, it’s no wonder Cruz took the opportunity to make a light-hearted joke.
Then there’s the Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida, who’s been critical of Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom of California by using a “poop map” to show how Newsom neglected the streets of San Francisco.
Axios reported that Jill Biden and senior aides have been managing the president’s daily schedule to get him more rest. With polls showing Trump leading Biden, the president needs all the help he can get. Maybe instead of Biden getting his panties in a bunch, he should focus on the real issues facing our country.
