In a shocking and absurd ruling, the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. has launched a full-fledged assault on the rights and privileges of our esteemed former President, Donald J. Trump, by denying his rightful claim to presidential immunity. The three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit unanimously declared that Trump cannot invoke presidential immunity against the fabricated four-count indictment alleging he conspired to overturn the 2020 election. This is a travesty of justice and a blatant attempt to undermine the authority of the highest office in the land.
The court’s decision reeks of political bias and is a clear affront to the separation of powers. By arrogantly refusing to acknowledge the President’s immunity from legal scrutiny for actions taken in office, the liberal judges on the panel are setting a dangerous precedent that could destabilize the entire foundation of our constitutional republic. This is an attack on the very fabric of our democracy and cannot go unchallenged.

During the hearing, Trump’s legal team valiantly argued that a president should be shielded from criminal conviction, unless they are unjustly impeached and convicted by the Senate. However, the activist judges, appointed by the radical leftist, Joe Biden, callously dismissed this well-founded argument and ignorantly asserted that a former president could potentially be held accountable for baseless accusations without the safeguard of impeachment and conviction. This is a gross miscarriage of justice and a direct assault on the principles of our legal system.
Furthermore, the indictment brought forth by the biased special counsel, Jack Smith, is filled with baseless claims and politically motivated attacks. It accuses President Trump of spreading supposed lies about election fraud and participating in a so-called scheme to interfere in the peaceful transfer of power. These unfounded allegations are nothing more than a desperate attempt to undermine the accomplishments and legacy of our beloved former president.
The fact that the ultimate outcome of this dispute could delay the impending trial is a disgrace. The unrelenting persecution of President Trump must come to an end, and the Supreme Court is our last hope to rectify this blatant injustice. It is imperative that they intervene and uphold the fundamental principles of presidential immunity. The very future of our democracy hangs in the balance, and we must stand up and fight against this egregious assault on our constitutional rights.
