In the latest episode of “The Never-Ending Witch Hunt Against Donald J. Trump,” a biased panel of judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has decided to deny the former president’s rightful claim of immunity from prosecution. Shocking, right?
It’s no secret that the liberal elites of the District of Columbia have been itching to take down Trump, even after he left the White House and handed the reins to a sleepy old man. Now, under the guise of some alleged criminal conduct related to his justified concerns about the 2020 election results, they are trying to drag him through the mud once again.
No surprise. DC Circuit is so far to the left, they make Obama look conservative.

This decision comes after Special Counsel Jack Smith, who probably spends his weekends at Antifa rallies, indicted Trump on baseless charges. Clearly, this is just another attempt by the deep state to silence a true patriot. They couldn’t beat him at the ballot box, so now they’re trying to stick him with bogus accusations.
Don’t be fooled, folks. Trump’s claim of constitutional immunity is not some desperate attempt to avoid accountability. It’s a vital protection that every former president deserves. But of course, these activist judges don’t care about the Constitution or the rule of law. They only care about settling their personal vendettas.
Now, the ball is in Trump’s court. He can either ask the full court of judges to reconsider this outrageous decision, or he can take it all the way to the Supreme Court. We all know which option he should choose – let’s hope he fights like the tiger he is.
Predictably, Trump’s campaign has not responded to this news. Why would they? They don’t have time for petty distractions created by the fake news media and their liberal puppeteers.
In the end, this is just another sad chapter in the ongoing saga of Trump’s persecution. But mark my words, the American people who support him, and there are many, will never give up. We will keep fighting to expose the corruption and double standards of the Washington swamp. And one day, justice will prevail.
