Democrats are in a panic over immigration. They made their mess and now they’re scrambling to clean it up. Remember the 2019 debacle where Democratic hopefuls actually thought it was smart politics to embrace open borders? It’s haunted them ever since. The American people weren’t impressed then, and they’re even less impressed now. Voters are fed up with empty promises and broken systems. They want action.
Democrats used to preach compassion and open arms. But who ended up paying for those feel-good policies? Innocent Americans, not to mention victims of drug traffickers and criminal gangs sneaking over the border. The truth is, the party left everyday citizens to fend for themselves against crime waves, drug epidemics, and chaos. Now, with the voters turning against them, suddenly Democrats want to talk border security.
Are Democrats Going to Pivot on Immigration? https://t.co/xiNiB0fwP6

Don’t be fooled by their newfound interest in the border. It’s not a change of heart—it’s a desperate ploy to mimic what Republicans have been saying all along. They’re busted on immigration and are trying to sound tough by borrowing GOP ideas. They talk of new plans, tighter asylum rules, and restoring order. But who believes them? They had years to act, and instead they failed.
The Democratic Party is neck-deep in hypocrisy. When riots flared in Los Angeles, fueled by anti-ICE rhetoric, they didn’t condemn the violence. Their silence said it all. Now, their strategists are scrambling. They’re running focus groups like their political careers depend on it, hunting for a message that sticks. But it doesn’t take a genius to see the writing on the wall. Winning means acting like Republicans on immigration—secure the border, deport criminals, and prioritize Americans. Anything less, and voters will keep handing them humiliating defeats at the polls.
Which begs the question: How can anyone trust them? It’s hard to imagine them shaking off the chokehold their radical base has on them. So, do they really mean business this time or is it all just a charade? One thing’s certain. Until Democrats prove they can put America first, any so-called pivot on immigration is nothing more than another illusion.
