The Biden administration has once again pulled off a shocking move, indicting Gal Luft, a whistleblower witness against the Bidens, who had been charged back in November but only unsealed recently after he criticized them in a video. However, it seems that shame and censorship no longer faze the Biden administration or the Democrats, as they continue to go after anyone who stands in their way.

The House Oversight Committee Democrats, in their typical fashion, tried to spin the indictment to undermine the GOP’s case against the Bidens. Chairman Comer attempted to discredit the witness by labeling him as a fugitive charged with secretly working as a foreign agent, conspiring to traffic Chinese weapons to three countries, smuggling Iranian oil, and lying to the U.S. about it all. But what were the Democrats thinking? Did they realize the implications of their response?
When Chairman Comer said his "very credible witness" was missing, he meant he was a FUGITIVE charged with:

Chair Comer, while attacking DOJ in favor of his star witness Gal Luft, a fugitive & alleged foreign agent, appeared to suggest that the timing of the indictment being unsealed was political.

Gal Luft was paid by CEFC, the same CCP-linked company that paid the Bidens.
In fact, Hunter claimed his father was in the room when he demanded payment from a CEFC associate.

In a brilliant comeback, the Republicans turned the Democrats’ attack back at them, focusing on Joe Biden and his family’s connections to China. Gal Luft had received payment from CEFC, the same company linked to the Chinese Communist Party that paid the Bidens. Hunter even claimed that his father was present when he demanded payment from a CEFC associate. The Bidens chose to associate themselves with CEFC, and now they can’t escape the consequences. If the Democrats want to paint Luft as a spy because of his dealings with CEFC, what does that say about the Bidens and their own connections?
Luft, in his video, highlighted the double standards at play. Why is he being charged while Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family get off scot-free? They willingly partnered with a CCP-connected company and with Luft himself. Witnesses with some involvement are often crucial in taking down bigwigs in organized crime, and their credibility is heightened because they have insider knowledge.
What’s truly fascinating is that the indictment against Luft and the subsequent actions were only brought forth after he went to the FBI in March 2019 to express his concerns about Joe Biden and his ties to China. Luft rightfully questions why the government hasn’t released the transcript of what he revealed in his two-day meeting with the FBI in Brussels. If Luft is being charged under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), then why isn’t Hunter Biden being charged for his actions on behalf of CEFC? The timing of the indictment and the Biden administration’s efforts to silence a whistleblower with damaging information raises suspicions of a banana republic-style cover-up.
Perhaps the Democrats should think twice before accusing others of Chinese spies. Maybe it’s time to remind Senator Dianne Feinstein and Representative Eric Swalwell about their alleged connections to Chinese operatives. Recent revelations suggest that the FBI stopped investigating these cases, raising concerns about the politicization of the agency even back then.
Despite the Democrats’ attempts to take down Joe Biden by attacking Luft, there remains a plethora of evidence and other witnesses. Even under indictment, Luft refuses to be silenced. The Democrats may have leveled Biden, but their fight is far from over.
