DHS Defies Judge, Don Lemon’s Arrest Imminent?

Once again, the political theater of St. Paul has taken center stage with a spectacle that highlights the ongoing dance between law enforcement and those caught in the whirlwind of radical politics. Trisha McGlaughlin, Assistant Homeland Security Secretary, recently showcased what some might call the “Great Save Act” in action, with law enforcement rounding up a trio of left-wing rabble-rousers. These agitators apparently thought disturbing churchgoers was a good Sunday plan until they felt the icy grip of justice.

Homeland Security isn’t just busy dusting off old mugshots; they’re out arresting bad actors who have been glamorized, ignored, or downright protected by some state and local leaders. In a city where the pro-crime crowd seems to have left law enforcement high and dry—instead of answering distress calls, officers are left to handle the mess themselves—a hanging question persists: why the hesitation to back our boys and girls in blue?

The story takes a twisted turn with tall tales that would make great tabloid fodder. News on the horizon claimed that ICE went after a 5-year-old as part of their harsh crackdown. But, as any good conservative will remind you, context is everything. The glaring omission of a father fleeing on foot and leaving his kid behind paints a markedly different picture. This left another fine mess for officers to clean up, who consoled the child with the universal remedy: Happy Meals and tunes.

While smugglers apparently find more success in leaving children adrift than your average left-wing reporter can admit, one wonders why these stories so rarely make it to the liberal media’s front page. Is it CNN exerting selective vision? Is it those pesky ratings? Either way, Trisha McGlaughlin and her trusted team are determined to find every single lost child left stranded by poor policies whose existence is swept under carpets more effectively than dirt at an extreme clean-up show.

It seems hotel chains like Hilton might need a refresher course on neutrality too. After giving ICE the cold shoulder, a decommission slipped across their proverbial desk. Not to worry, because rogue employee antics aren’t going unnoticed. Whether it’s flipping off an ICE officer or refusing service, the audience should watch how these little acts of rebellion within the corporate sphere pan out. Let’s wait and see how many more mugshots will adorn Homeland’s hall of fame by the year’s end with deportations promising to rise faster than the crescendo during a final act.

On that note, don’t let anyone fool you with talk of an immigrant utopia built on ignorance to rule-breaking. The so-called “ICE hysteria” is less about justice and more a chapter in the left’s sprawling manual on how not to protect citizens like you and me. As the Save Act becomes more like saving grace, the curtain falls on another chapter of ICE’s efforts to keep America safe, one arrest at a time.
