A passenger on a Frontier Airlines flight caused every person on board to leave the aircraft before takeoff because of her disruptive behavior. The incident took place at Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina on May 9 and was captured on video by a TikTok user named Travel With Tia.

The dispute began when a disagreement arose between the woman and flight attendants over exit seat procedures. The woman, who was sitting in an exit row seat, refused to assist others in case of an emergency and expressed that she would prioritize herself over others. She made it clear that she had no intention of helping anyone else and used disrespectful language toward the flight attendant.
The traveler also cited her grandson’s impending release from school in Texas as a reason for refusing to leave the plane. Despite the pilot’s announcement that law enforcement would be called to address the issue, the woman continued to argue with the flight attendants.
Ultimately, the woman was handcuffed and escorted off the plane by police. Frontier Airlines has not yet responded to inquiries regarding the incident.
The incident demonstrates the importance of following flight safety regulations and respecting the authority of flight crew members. Disruptive behavior such as this can cause unnecessary delays and inconvenience for other passengers, as well as potentially endangering the safety of everyone on board.
