After clashing with the high-speed antics of a 46-year-old man, President Biden was, thankfully, unharmed. According to sources, the man, known as James Cooper, crashed his car headfirst into a dark SUV in President Biden’s motorcade while allegedly under the influence of alcohol. The incident took place during the president’s visit to Wilmington, Delaware.
