Comedian Druski just showed America exactly how twisted our culture has become. He dressed up in whiteface at a NASCAR race and nobody batted an eye until he posted the video online. Then suddenly the internet exploded with outrage from the usual suspects.
Here are the facts that liberals don’t want you to know. Druski walked around that NASCAR event in full white makeup, fake beard, and overalls saying things like “I’m white and I’m proud.” Not a single person at the race was offended or even recognized him. Regular Americans were just enjoying themselves at a sporting event.
But the moment this video hit social media, the woke mob came out swinging. Suddenly everyone became an expert on what’s racist and what’s not. These are the same people who stayed silent when Saturday Night Live mocked white people for decades.
Let’s talk about the elephant in the room that nobody wants to address. Where was this same energy when Robert Downey Jr wore blackface in Tropic Thunder? Hollywood gave him a pass because it was “comedy” and “art.” But when a Black comedian puts on whiteface, suddenly we need to have serious conversations about crossing lines.
The double standard is so obvious it hurts to watch. Liberal celebrities have been mocking white Americans, especially working class folks, for years without consequences. They make fun of our accents, our values, and our way of life every single day on television.
Druski’s skit actually exposed something important about our society. Real Americans at that NASCAR race didn’t care about his skin color or costume. They were just living their lives and having fun. It’s only the online outrage machine that creates these manufactured controversies.
This whole situation proves that comedy is dying in America thanks to cancel culture. We used to be able to laugh at ourselves and each other without walking on eggshells every second. Now everything has to be analyzed through the lens of victimhood and oppression.
The truth is simple and every patriotic American knows it deep down. Druski had every right to make his comedy video and NASCAR fans had every right to enjoy themselves. The real problem isn’t whiteface or blackface, it’s the people who want to control what we can laugh about in our own country.
