In 2019, Dyson embarked on an ambitious renovation project, aiming to blend history with modernity while making the office a vibrant place for its employees.
As one strolls through the expansive halls of Dyson’s headquarters, they cannot help but marvel at the sheer scale of the renovation. Inside what was once a boiler house, Dyson has created a dynamic open-plan workspace, complete with social areas like cafes and auditoriums that breathe new life into the industrial structure. The design ethos is built on a “glorious waste of space” concept. Everything added must be reversible, meaning the historical fabric of the building remains intact.
