Elon Musk, the big boss at X/Twitter and the richest guy in the world, is not a happy camper. He’s lashing out at a bunch of big shot companies who decided to stop spending their dollar bills on his social media network. According to Musk, these companies are trying to “blackmail” him with their money. Well, Musk ain’t having none of that! He told these former advertisers to “go fuck yourself.” Yep, he said it, loud and clear.
It all started when Musk supposedly gave a thumbs up to a crazy conspiracy theory that said bad things about Jewish people. Because of that, a bunch of big name advertisers like Disney, IBM, Warner Bros. Discovery, and a bunch of others, stopped spending their moola on X/Twitter. They basically said, “We’re outta here!”
I choose not to associate with @Disney for their ridiculous virtue signaling! Same goes for the others dog-piling on @elon

During a fancy talk thing called the New York Times’ DealBook Summit, Musk tried to explain himself. He admitted that he should’ve kept his mouth shut, calling his reply to that post one of the dumbest things he’s ever done. But he also wanted to make it clear that he’s not a hater of Jewish people. Nope, not at all! He said he’s actually a big fan of them. So, there you go.
But back to those pesky advertisers! Musk let them have it. He straight up told them to “go fuck yourself.” He also accused them of trying to blackmail his company and even driving it into bankruptcy. Yikes! Talk about some serious drama!
On top of all that craziness, X/Twitter is suing a media watchdog group called Media Matters. They’re claiming that Media Matters is spreading nasty lies about Musk and X/Twitter with their shady research. It’s a big ol’ mess, folks!
The Disney CEO even chimed in on this whole mess. He said he respects Musk and all, but after seeing the crazy stuff he posted, Disney decided it couldn’t be buddies with X/Twitter anymore. So they broke up. It’s like a celebrity gossip story come to life!
In the end, it looks like Elon Musk is in quite a pickle. He’s got advertisers mad at him, a lawsuit on his hands, and people questioning his every move. But hey, he’s still the richest guy in the world, so he’s got that going for him, which is nice.
