Epstein Files Set to Expose Left’s Secrets and Hypocrisy

Rep. Buddy Carter told viewers on Wake Up America that the long-awaited release of the Jeffrey Epstein files is about to blow up in the faces of the left, and he’s exactly right to warn hard-working Americans to pay attention. Conservatives have long suspected the public has been kept in the dark while powerful figures enjoyed special treatment, and Carter’s blunt message captures the anger many feel about Washington’s double standards.

President Donald Trump signed legislation on November 19, 2025 ordering the Justice Department to turn over unclassified Epstein-related files within 30 days, though the law allows redactions for genuine victim privacy and ongoing probes. This was a major victory for transparency advocates, but it also set off a frenzy in which the swamp will scramble to control the narrative and protect its allies.

The House had already made its position clear, voting overwhelmingly to force the release — a 427-1 margin that showed disgust with secrecy runs through both parties’ constituencies, even if the political elites squirm. That kind of near-unanimous rebuke to the permanent bureaucracy should make every American wonder why so many secrets were hidden for so long.

Republicans’ attempt to hold hypocrites accountable hit a wall when a bid to censure Virgin Islands Delegate Stacey Plaskett failed on the floor by a 214-209 vote, a result that exposed the swamp’s willingness to play political games instead of delivering justice. The newly released documents allegedly show text exchanges lining Plaskett with Epstein during a 2019 hearing, yet Democrats closed ranks and some Republicans inexplicably folded — giving cover to a narrative of selective outrage.

Make no mistake: this release can and will backfire on Democrats because it strips away their monopoly on moral outrage. When the documents reveal the full picture — the cozy contacts, the coaching from convicted predators, and the obvious partisan theater — swing voters aren’t going to buy the hypocrisy that says one set of rules applies to the left and another to everyone else.

Hardworking Americans deserve transparency, accountability, and consequences, not political cover-ups and backroom deals. Republicans and conservatives should demand the files be released quickly, protect genuine victims, and then let the chips fall where they may — because the truth, however painful, is the best disinfectant for a corrupted political class.
