In a post on his new social media platform, Truth Social, Donald Trump criticized his political opponent Joe Biden for what he called "election interference." Trump also accused his rival's supporters of using numerous lawsuits to hinder his potential presidential run in 2024.
In his address, Trump discussed the various legal actions that he is facing, such as those brought by the Attorney General and the District Attorney. He noted that the funds that were previously used for his rallies and advertisements will have to be redirected to cover these expenses.

In response to his critics, Trump called them "Radical Left Thugs" and claimed that he was leading in all polls. He also argued that the election is being interfered with due to the unequal playing field. He then signed off with his signature rallying cry, "MAGA!"
Trump expressed his sadness after pleading not guilty to the charges brought against him on January 6. He also criticized the state of Washington, saying that it was full of broken buildings and garbage. He claimed that such prosecutions should not be carried out in the country.
The plea entered by Trump put the focus back on the upcoming legal battle, which is expected to be very political and contentious. The first hearing in this case is scheduled to take place on August 28, 2023. Judge Upadhyaya warned Trump that he could be arrested if he violates the terms of his release.
Despite his legal battle yet to come, Trump considers his arrest as an honor for the American people. He said that he was being prosecuted because he had challenged the election results. Trump added that he was being arrested because of his efforts to make the country great again.
