Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, a Democrat, is making headlines once again with her decision to charge the “fake electors” who tried to certify that President Donald J. Trump had won the 2020 election. This comes on the heels of a possible indictment against Trump himself, which seems to be a recurring theme these days. Nessel announced that she has filed charges against 16 people who falsely claimed that Trump had won the election as part of a scheme to overturn the results. It’s like they just can’t let it go!

These “fake electors” not only signed certificates claiming that Trump had won, but they also sent the signatures to the National Archives for preservation. Apparently, this maneuver is technically allowed according to some ancient act from 1887. The Atlantic even wrote some article in a panic about it and said that Trump needed to be stopped. Give me a break! Why are they so afraid of Trump? Maybe because they know he’s a force to be reckoned with and could still come back to claim the throne.

Sick! They’re rounding up political opponents on FAKE charges
There are no “fake electors.” It’s propaganda to distract from the fact the 2020 Election was worthy of contesting, which was done according to the Constitution to return the crooked election it back to the states! pic.twitter.com/I3tyIc2vSN

But let’s not forget, this is not the first time that people have tried to question election results. In 2016, there were Democrats in Congress who objected to the certification of the electoral votes. And what about the efforts to influence electors to change their votes in 2016? I guess that’s all okay, but when Trump does it, suddenly it’s seditious and an attempt to overthrow democracy. Give me a break!
It’s no surprise that Nessel is behind this whole thing. She referred the case to the Department of Justice over a year ago, but apparently, they didn’t do anything about it. So now she’s reopening the investigation and charging these poor “fake electors” with fraud. Talk about a vendetta! The timing and calculation of all this is highly suspicious, if you ask me. It seems like Nessel is just trying to score political points and take down Trump’s allies while she’s at it.
Michigan is not the only state where alternate electors were chosen. Arizona, Georgia, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin all had their own alternate slates of electors ready to go. Arizona is actually looking to charge their alternate electors, while Nevada has decided not to bring any charges because there are no laws against it. But don’t worry, Nevada is working on passing a bill so they can prosecute these evil alternate electors in the future. The lengths these Democrats will go to silence their opposition is just astounding!
