Fauci Squirms as CNN Confronts Him on Mask Ineffectiveness Study!

Former top Covid doctor Anthony Fauci was confronted by CNN about the New York Times article that questioned the effectiveness of masks in stopping the spread of Covid-19. During the interview, Fauci reluctantly admitted that masks do not stop transmission at the population level, which was the main justification used by public health officials to implement mask mandates. He hoped that people would still follow the CDC’s recommendation to wear masks and consider the risk to themselves and their families. However, it is clear that masks have not been as effective as initially claimed.

This revelation is a blow to the credibility of public health officials who pushed for mask mandates without strong scientific evidence. Despite the lack of population-level benefits, there may be some individual-level advantages of wearing masks. But even with religious mask-wearing, it is unlikely to completely prevent exposure to the virus over a long period of time. The mainstream experts and pundits who supported mask mandates have been proven wrong, while those who opposed them were right.

The implementation of mask mandates has had significant negative consequences, including damaging public trust and causing harm to individuals. Over 170 studies have shown that masks are largely ineffective in stopping the transmission of airborne viruses like Covid-19. The evidence suggests that masks may even have harmful effects. It is clear that current mask usage, without other forms of PPE protection, does not control the transmission of the virus.

Dr. Fauci himself initially admitted that the typical mask bought in drug stores is not effective in keeping out the virus. Had he remained consistent with this advice, trust in public health recommendations on masks would not have been eroded. Overall, it is evident that mask mandates have not provided significant long-term public health benefits, and their implementation should be questioned.
