Bolton served as Trump’s National Security Advisor but later turned against him and became a vocal critic. Now the same federal agents who have been weaponized against conservatives are going after him too. It shows that once the government machine starts rolling, nobody is safe from political persecution.
FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi rushed to social media to declare that nobody is above the law. Their theatrical posts at 7 AM looked more like a political stunt than serious law enforcement. This kind of showboating is exactly what Americans are sick of seeing from Washington.
The classified documents excuse has become the go-to weapon for targeting political enemies. We saw it used against Trump at Mar-a-Lago and now against Bolton in Maryland. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton destroyed 33,000 emails and Joe Biden had classified documents scattered across multiple locations with no consequences.
Bolton refused to comment on the raid, which is probably smart given how these investigations tend to destroy lives. The FBI agents were seen hauling boxes out of his house like he was some kind of criminal mastermind. This heavy-handed approach has become standard operating procedure for the politicized Justice Department.
George Papadopoulos, who was himself targeted by the Russia hoax, called these allegations very serious. He knows firsthand how the deep state operates and how they use process crimes to destroy people. His warning should be taken seriously by anyone who values constitutional rights.
The fact that even Trump critics like Bolton are now getting raided shows how out of control our justice system has become. When former officials cannot safely possess documents they worked with during their service, something is deeply wrong. This creates a chilling effect on anyone who might serve in government.
Americans deserve equal justice under the law, not selective prosecution based on political convenience. Until we clean house at the FBI and Justice Department, no conservative will be safe from these witch hunts. The swamp creatures will keep coming after patriots until we vote them all out.
